Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue
  • Develop targeted lists, messaging strategies, and sales messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Working with our sales leadership team, create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending regular emails, strategic appointment setting)
  • Messaging and emailing targeted executives at all levels; conduct initial conversations with them
  • Be an example of organization and excellence to the team by setting and making your goals
  • Documenting various details including use case, lead scores, next steps
  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Supporting marketing efforts by assisting in other marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior sales or lead qualification experience is required
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify business challenges facing AlphaPoint
  • Hunter mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to articulate value propositions to effectively nurture leads for handoff to sales
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured evolving startup environment
  • Articulate and passionate; this comes through in your excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for lead generation
  • Proficiency with and Intercom platform
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce
  • Email marketing experience is a requirement
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (50+) outreaches daily
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor data capture and use of reporting tools to track performance; provide accurate and timely reports on performance
  • Undergraduate degree (BA or BS)
  • Bilingual is desirable
