AlphaPoint Announces Key Hire of Scott Grayson as Head of Enterprise Sales

New York, NY January 23, 2019 — AlphaPoint, a global provider of asset digitization software, and of trading technology for licensed broker-dealers, ATS and exchange operators, announced Scott Grayson as its new SVP & Head of Enterprise Sales. Grayson brings over 25 years of experience leading sales teams in the financial services technology industry to AlphaPoint’s executive team. Adding to AlphaPoint’s global staff of approximately 150, Grayson will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding businesses seeking software that automates the generation of digital assets, including real estate backed tokens, debt-backed tokens, and equity-backed tokens.

Prior to joining AlphaPoint, Grayson was the Chief Sales Officer at R3, a blockchain platform company.  Grayson has also led global sales teams at firms including Charles River Development, SAP, Algorithmics, and NumeriX. Scott was also an equities and options trader and began his career with 12 years in banking at Bankers Trust Company (Deutsche Bank) and Bank of America in sales and marketing of cash management and risk management products and services.
